*Only SM True MEMBERSHIP who has verified and completed your status during 1 November 2022 to 5 February 2023 is allowed to purchase a ticket in SM True MEMBERSHIP extra round on Sunday 12th February 2023 at 11 AM - 12 AM for NCT DREAM TOUR 'THE DREAM SHOW2 : In A DREAM' in BANGKOK. Only 1 ticket is allowed per 1 membership ID per round.

2. Public Sale : Sunday 12 February 2023 from 6PM onwards.

Ticket Purchase Condition :

1. SM True MEMBERSHIP round (Thai Citizen Only) :

 1) Only 1 ticket is allowed per 1 membership ID per round.

 2) The name-surname of the SM True MEMBERSHIP will be printed on the concert ticket.

 3) SM True reserves the right to allow only SM True MEMBERSHIP whose name on the SM True MEMBERSHIP E-card, ID card and ticket are the same attending the show.

 4) Only SM True MEMBERSHIP who has verified and completed their status during 2 July 2022 to 5 February 2023 is allowed to reserve the ticket in SM True MEMBERSHIP round for NCT DREAM TOUR 'THE DREAM SHOW2 : In A DREAM' in BANGKOK.

 5) SM True MEMBERSHIP is not allowed to transfer, sell or give their rights to other members or non-members in any cases. Those actions will cause the termination of SM True MEMBERSHIP without a refund, tickets cancellation without a refund and permanent ban from any activities held by SM True.

 6) SM True reserves the right to make the final decision.

2. For Public Sale round: a maximum of 4 tickets is allowed per 1 ID card number.

Remark :

1. Audiences must wear a face mask at all time during the show.

2. SM True reserves the right to give priority to SM True MEMBERSHIP to purchase the tickets in any rounds, zones, prices.

3. Tickets from overdue payment from SM True MEMBERSHIP will be returned to the system for Public Sale.

4. If the concert tickets are sold out in SM True MEMBERSHIP round, the Public Sale will not be opened.

5. Please be aware of the scammers claiming to be a staff, or unofficial ticket booking and selling, etc.

6. SM True do not support the act of reselling tickets for higher price. We deserve the right to permanent ban the resellers ID card number in our system without prior notice.

7. Tickets claimed for advertising or marketing activities without permission from SM True are considered illegal.

8. For standing tickets, there is a queue number for attending the concert. The queue number is a running number on the plastic tickets as a result of your successful payment in a timely manner.

9. Ticket prices exclude service fee 20 Baht.

11. Payment via TrueMoney will be charged an additional 1.25% (only available on the website).

12. Tax Invoice can be requested within 7 working days starting from the first selling date.

13. All purchase are non-refundable, unchangeable and not able to cancel after the transaction has been made successfully.

14. All rights reserved. No part of reproduction, distribution and transmission in any forms is allowed, including photocopying and electronic methods, without the prior written permission. Company reserves the right to change the conditions at any time, without prior notice.

15. In case of any technical errors or duplicated seat, All Ticket has the right to assign a substituted seat in the same price.

16. Terms & Conditions of Credit/Debit Card Payment

 - In case your debit/credit card use for online payment for the first time,Please verified online payment your card (Verified By Visa/MasterCard SecureCode/JCB J/Secure) with the Bank.

 - In case your debit/credit card has a payment issue, Please contact the Bank.

17. Terms & Conditions of TrueMoney Wallet

 - Please ensure that your wallet balance is sufficient before making a payment. Only your wallet balance will be deducted.

 - On payment processing, phone number registered with TrueMoney Wallet must be entered on system in order to receive the OTP code.
