After a book on BTS, a new K-drama titled Youth is to be released. The K-drama will be based on the seven members of the supergroup. Here’s a list of who will play whom in the drama.

BTS's Save Me webtoon took the internet by storm, and the drama is based on the webtoon.

The series will follow seven characters, each with a different story and set of challenges and how they get intertwined with each other.

When BTS started their ‘Save Me’ webtoon, it took the internet by storm. This webtoon was a collaboration between BigHit Entertainment and Naver Webtoon’s digital subsidiary LICO. The title of the webtoon was inspired from one of BTS’s biggest hits, Save Me, from the album The Most Beautiful Moment in Life: Young Forever. It ran from January 17 to April 11, 2019, consisting of 15 episodes plus one prologue.

The characters of this webtoon were based on the alter-egos of the band members, with each of them being named after a member of BTS. With the webtoon ending, fans were left asking for more. Soon, it was revealed that this webtoon would be adapted into a drama. The title of the K-drama is Youth and a small glimpse of the cast members was recently shown at an event held in Seoul, South Korea. BTS made its debut in 2013 and is currently in its 10th year. The group is one of the biggest pop groups in the world and a five-times Grammy nominated group as well. It comprises of seven members-- RM, Suga, Jin, Jimin, J-hope, Jungkook and V.

SEO JI-HOON AS KIM SEOK-JIN

Kim Seok-jin (played by Seo Ji-hoon) is the son of a National Assembly member. He has the looks and the life that everyone wants. However, he is not good at expressing himself. He soon transfers to a new school where he meets new people that become precious to him. He is named after Kim Seok-jin, the oldest member of BTS. Seo Ji-hoon was last seen in Revenge of Others and will be next seen in two dramas titled Useless Lies and Youth.

The whole story of the webtoon, Save Me, revolves around Seok-jin who is stuck in a time loop, and has to live his life repeatedly since April 11. As a result, he has to constantly undergo the same trauma over and over again and tries to save his six best friends over and over again.

RO JONG-HYUN AS MIN YOON-GI

Min Yoon-gi (Roh Jong-hyun) is a character that doesn’t talk much but is very warm on the inside. He has a cold exterior and rumors follow him everywhere he goes; the biggest one being that he was the one who set his own house on fire and killed his mother. He is named after Min Yoon-gi (Suga), the songwriter, rapper and producer of BTS. His only solace is playing the piano.
